The little town Asperg is located close to Stuttgart, but is a small an nice village with an interesting history and a castle on top of a hill.

Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart erreichbar in 20 Minuten. Das Appartement liegt in einer guten Wohngegend, Nahe an der PH -Ludwigsburg. Durch Gemütlichkeit und Wohlbefinden ist man vom städtischen Lärm isoliert und von Natur umgeben. Nähe Naturschutzgebiet Seeschloss Monrepos. Geeignet für Geschäftsreisende, Paare u. Singles.
    Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit separatem Eingang im Untergeschoss. (Souterrain.)Eine eigene Sauna zur Alleinbenutzung bis 22.00 Uhr sowie eine Wellnessdusche befinden sich direkt in der Suite. Die eigene, separateToilette gleich eine Türe daneben im Appartement. Die Wellnessoase von ca. 60 qm bietet einen Vorraum sowie ein extra Zimmer mit Bettsofa das nach Bedarf für die 3 Person, als Bett genutzt werden kann. Es sollte bei Buchungen immer die dritte Person angegeben werden, damit das Bett -Sofa als Bett gerichtet und aufgebettet wird .Ansonsten dient es den Gästen als Sitzgelegenheit Als absolutes Highlight dient die Sauna für 2 Personen,sie kann bis 22:00 Uhr genutzt werden. Bei drei Gästen steht ein zusätzliches Bettsofa, bezogen zur Verfügung (Aufpreis: 25 Euro pro Person/Nacht) Nur drei Stufen bis zum Hauseingang. The rooms have closets, desks, TV, free wifi. Free parking is available at our house. 8 min. walking distance to train station. 18 min distance to Stuttgart city center via train. Food shops in short distance to the house. We are friendly and open minded hosts and we will help you as best as we can to make your stay perfect :).
    In the living room there is convertable sofa bed that sleeps two additional persons. So, in total 6 person can sleep in the apartment in 3 rooms.

  • Everything was as described - clean, well furnished apartment, in which you immediately feel comfortable. Eva and Christian are very attentive hosts and have an open ear for !!! I was there at Christmas, the apartment was even decorated for Christmas - very comfortable! You feel comfortable in the apartment, the location is ideal. It is right in the countryside if you want, while the bus to Ludwigsburg is ideal and also a large supermarket is only a few minutes walk away.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Christian & Eva’s place. They are awesome and so is their house. It is close to a grocery store (Edeka), just about a 3 minute walk and 15 minute walk from the Asperg train station. Also right around the corner is the bus stop that can take you to the train station (should you choose not to walk) or to Ludwigsburg. It’s also very close to walking trails. Just a gem!! The house itself is very comfortable with everything you might need. 2 bedrooms, living room with dining table, clothes washer, nice big kitchen with all the amenities, and a patio for outdoor dining or enjoying outside time. It was just wonderful and I would highly recommend it!

Die S-Bahn ist in ca 8 Gehminuten erreichbar (Fahrtdauer: ca. 5 Min. nach Ludwigsburg bzw. Bietigheim, ca. 20 Min nach Stuttgart). Das Zimmer befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage, Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Nach nur ca .900 Meter Fußweg gelagt man auf die offen Felder und Wälder. Hier gibt es auch viele schöne Bikestrecken. Das Bäckercafe ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auserdem befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Breuninger und Ikea in der Nähe, diese können auch mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Zu den Attraktionen in der Nähe zählen unter anderem die barockstadt Ludwigsburg mit dem Residenzschloss und das Schloss Monrepos

  • Very cozy room with double bed for a maximum of 2 people. Tea, kettle, wardrobe and desk round off the whole thing for longer stays. Lightning-clean private bathroom with walk-in shower to hotel standard;). Michael and Julia are very helpful, Michael drove us to an important event in the city at short notice, as we weren't yet very familiar with the location! Also great value for money! Gladly again.

    Willkommen in Ludwigsburg! Nebst Bärenwiese und dem blühenden Barock wohne ich mit meiner Katze Mausi über den Dächern der Südstadt. Sehr zentral gelegen ist die Innenstadt fussläufig zu erreichen und auch zum Bahnhof (S-Bahn) sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Stuttgart erreicht man mit der Sbahn oder Regioexpress oder über die nahegelegene Bundesstraße.
    Im Sommer kann man die Sonne und die Aussicht auf dem Balkon und im Winter das Knistern des Kamins genießen. Alles in Lubu ist Fussläufig zu erreichen und die bekannten guten Arbeitgeber sind in der Nähe!

Die Küche beherbergt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Spüle, ein Kochfeld und eine Mikrowelle. Der Klapptisch mit den beiden Klappstühlen eignet sich sowohl für ein leckeres Frühstück als auch für das mobile Büro. Im vorhandenen Kleiderschrank & Sideboard finden sowohl T-Shirts als auch Sakkos und Mäntel Platz. Alle Räume sind mit einer automatischen Lüftungsanlage ausgestattet, die für ein gutes Raumklima sorgt. Das Bett befindet sich auf der gemütlichen Empore und misst 1,40mx2,00m.
    Das Apartment befindet sich im Zentrum Ludwigsburgs unweit vom Marktplatz entfernt. Die Straße ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Im Umkreis von 200m gibt es Supermärkte, Einkaufsläden, Eiskaffees, Bars und Restaurants. Der Bahnhof ist etwa 8-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lindenstraße führ direkt auf das Ludwigsburger Residenzschloss zu.

Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, und der Bahnhof befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort fährt halb-/viertelstündig die S-Bahn nach Stuttgart (Fahrzeit 17 min). Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe findet man Restaurants, Banken, Bäckereien, eine Apotheke und einen großen Einkaufsmarkt.
    Zur Zeit ist noch kein Wlan verfügbar, jedoch kann sich das jederzeit ändern. Bitte einfach nachfragen! Wir arbeiten daran.

  • Very nice and friendly host with excellent accommodation (good price, very clean, quite, and comfy beds). I liked the idea of having big shared kitchen, but you have your "labeled" private pots and cooking device. Also, the bathroom is very clean and has several units (WC & shower), so you can use it very flexibilly. Furthermore, there are washing and drying machines.. So the accommodation is a good and worth choice for a long-term tay :)

Von unserem Haus läufst du in 13 Minuten zur S-Bahn und bist dann in 17 Minuten in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Aber auch die Barockstadt Ludwigsburg (nur 10 Minuten entfernt) ist eine Reise wert. Dort kannst Du das zweitgrößte Barockschloss der Welt besuchen.
    Wir, Anett, Lorenz und Figo, unser Hund, möchten Dir Deinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten.
    In unserer Nachbarschaft wohnen Familie und Freunde und es geht immer sehr lustig zu.

  • This is a great apartment, appealing atmosphere, super quiet and sparkling clean. There is plenty of space and plenty of closet space and a large desk. Bathroom and toilet are outside the room, but very easy to reach. Ideal safe for motorists (enough parking on the street with 50 m walk to the apartment). Connection with public transport may not be optimal (station in 15 minutes on foot), but I knew in advance by the hostess and have therefore decided on the car.

  • We experienced Sabine as a very friendly, attentive and helpful host. The apartment is in an idyllic, quiet location on a farm. However, the city center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The apartment is newly renovated, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. (There is a "milk house" right next to the house where you can buy milk products and other products from the farm.) We felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend this vacation rental!

  • Sabine was very quick to respond to everything we needed. The rooms were amazing and had a very nice sleep. There is everything you need from utensils to a very nice coffee machine to a dish washer, the bathroom was SPOTLESS and the shower had nice hot water and good pressure. She even invited us to her farm to see her cows and her horses, don’t worry they don’t make a noise at night. There are so many more things I can list and recommend you come here, you will LOVE your stay. The only thing I would recommend is to retake your pictures because on pictures the place looks bad but trust me it is much better in person, SO DON’T GET FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.

Im Jahr 1704 begann der württembergische Herzog Eberhard Ludwig mit dem Bau des Residenzschlosses. Die größte barocke Schlossanlage Deutschlands lockt jährlich hunderttausende Besucher an. Prunkstücke sind außerdem das Jagd- und Lustschloss Favorite und das romantische Seeschloss Monrepos.

    In the apartment there is a nice, quiet room and an community bathroom. To location is on foot 7 minutes away from the "Blühendes Barock", 12 minutes away from the center and 18 minutes away from the main train-station. There are also several buses driving frequently to the city and from there back again. I speak german, english and croatian.
    The apartment is on the 1st floor. The room is 16 m^2 (130 ft^2) big and has an 1,4 m (45 ft) bed for two persons, a desk and a wandrobe. Coffee and tea can be made in the kitchen. The breakfast isn't included but it's possible to prepare the breakfast in the kitchen and to store gloceries in the fridge. There are shelters available to darken the room.

  • Very nice welcome from Andrea. The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and we had parking just outside. It was a perfect little place for the weekend with my daughter and girlfriend.   • Great accommodation! The hosts were very friendly. The connection is comfortable by train. It takes about 3 minutes by train to Ludwigsburg and to Stuttgart about 15 minutes. Nearby there are enough shops. And you have a lot of peace on the first floor. In addition, there is again a bathroom and a kitchen in the hallway for the guests, so that you have a lot of privacy.
