A modern townhouse situated 100m from the white sand and blue water of Aspendale beach. Your stay will be on the ground floor in a double bedroom with a separate private TV lounge and private bathroom. Your host is on the 1st floor, giving you plenty of privacy. While there are no kitchen facilities, there are nice cafes within a 1 min walk and the with the train station right across the road, Mordialloc's bars and restaurants are only 1 stop away. Free street parking.
You have the ground floor to yourself! You have a double bedroom with a queen sized bed. The mattress and pillows are very good quality so you’re sure to get a good nights sleep. You also have your own modern shower room and comfortable tv lounge. There are *no cooking facilities*, but there are plenty of good breakfast, lunch and dinner dining options close by in Aspendale and plenty more just up the road in Mordialloc.
Aspendale is one of many quiet beach side suburbs down this way. The beach is clean and stretches for miles. The sea is perfect for swimming, with shallow waters and gentle waves. Aspendale has several good cafes and shops while Mordialloc, a 2 km walk up the beach or one stop on the train, has many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

  • Jason's space is awesome. You get your own private space with complete amenities. Plus it's close to everything! The beach, the shopping centres, restaurants and coffee shops! It's also just a stone's throw away from the train station so you can go anywhere from Jason's accommodation. So convenient! I highly recommend this place when you need somewhere to stay in or around Aspendale. :)

  • I loved my stay at Jason's Beach Pad. It was steps away from a beautiful beach where I took long walks. My living area was large, nicely styled and very comfortable. Great dinner at Nachos Mexican and a couple of brekkies at Morris Leigh made my stay complete. Everything within walking distance.

  • Cute little studio, private and just perfect for a single or couple. The bed was very comfortable (I had an amazing sleep!) and a great shower in the bathroom. This is located just outside the bedroom area via the outside decking. Very close by and the shower is very roomy but the rest of the bathroom area is very small and narrow. Fine for 1 person though and was sufficient for my needs. Small fridge outside was also suitable for myself and there were a lot of nice toughes such as Water Bottles, Muffins, Milk and even Tim Tams in the fridge as well as fresh apples in the room. It was a stinking hot day when I arrived but a new Cooler in the room was perfect. The location of the Unit was very handy to the Beach, Town Centre, Shops and the Cinema. Martin was also very helpful in assisting me with information on Melbourne Tolls.

    Our attractive studio apartment is very conveniently located a few steps from a safe swimming beach. There are no steps to be negotiated to the apartment but there is a step of 20cm into the ensuite. We supply a complimentary Continental breakfast basket on arrival. There is an ensuite bathroom and basic cooking facilities. Large TV and Dvd player. Free wifi available. Close to shops and transport. Lovely walks to enjoy.
    Large, bright and attractive space of 5m x 6m plus the bathroom. Easy chairs, small table.
    Our neighbourhood is right along a beautiful golden sand swimming beach. Lovely in summer or winter. There is also a bike path nearby with many trails to explore on foot or bicycle.

  • Carolyns Place is really lovely! The photos don't do it justice... the accomodation is A+, the garden which sits right outside the property is gorgeous, and the beach literally steps right up to their backyard. Some great restaurants in 10 min walking distance (2 Farm Girls, Le Feu, Nachos Cantina) including a couple homewares stores. I used her AirBnb for work as I had some interviews to do in Melbourne, but I could see how perfect her place would be for a tourist as well. Personally, I will be coming back in the future :-)

Enjoy your coffee (plunger provided) and breakfast on the balcony; and watch the sun set over the ocean whilst drinking a glass of complimentary wine and eating your chocolate, also on the house. Lenna is quick to respond to any of your questions, and you will without a doubt, feel welcomed by her warm hospitality.   • This residence certainly invites to relax. Starting with the whole scenery. Looking out of the windows or sitting on the balcony you can enjoy sunrise and sunset in a very calm neighbourhood. The apartement is very stylish and modern including the kitchen. If you want to cook at home there's probably everything you need right there. There are many nice restaurants and bars nearby though. We were there without a car and it is very managble to do. The next supermarket is about 10-15 mins in walking distance, where also all the other stores and restaurants are, the nearest train station is also located there. All in all we really enjoyed staying here. Lenna replies very fast and has given us tipps about the town.

    Quiet, light, close to beach, shops (take out) on bus route, close to hotel (for eating out) and bottle shop, clean, great helpful host, please note the room has ONE double bed not two singles. ..... I have lockbox for key if no one is around, wifi of course, rooms have a fan

    Quiet, its mostly young families in the street... but close to "things"....i.e parks, shops, beach...your child must be well behaved, over 6 years old...

The apartment was lovely and clean with an ocean view, and Maro was more than happy to suggest places to eat and visit and made sure we were settled in nicely. It’s a beautiful little apartment with everything you need to self-cater, and situated perfectly for the beach, railway station, and a one or two shops and cafes. We travelled with our infant daughter and the apartment was just perfect. There is private off-street parking and free on-road parking but with restrictions. The owners were very responsive - we had a couple of minor queries and they got back to us right away. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

  • Clean and quiet apartment on the top floor (up one flight of stairs from ground or 2 flights of stairs from the car park - no lift). Beach is at your doorstep and check in/out was super easy. Not recommended for very small children who still nap - the blinds in the bedrooms don’t block out much daylight and there is only a split system air con in the lounge so bedrooms get pretty hot during the day with the door closed. For anyone else, would highly recommend!

  • Melinda and Ron's place is fantastic and accurately described. Lots of little thoughtful touches and so close to Mordialloc shopping centre. The beach is only a few steps away, which is lovely for a morning and even stroll. Parking is directly out the front and because the property is in a cul de sac it felt very safe and private. Both Melinda and Ron are lovely to deal with and their little pup Molly is pretty cute too! I will definitely stay here again and 100% recommend their property!

    a quiet clean beach, hotel, small block of shops including IGA, a bus stop all within 5 mins casual walk, train is 20 mins walk although I could pick you up if required from (URL HIDDEN) is 50 mins on train to CBD. Its an 8 min drive to Frankston-10 mins on train, the local hub with movies and large shopping complex, 4 mins to long walking track along Kannanook Creek, its close to wetlands....approx 1 hr 20 minutes to airport, you can use Skybus to get here (about$32) their local depot stop is 8 minutes away, Airport shuttle to Airport is $19 after train ride from here costing $8.00

She is very kind to check on the room heater and had it replace for a better ones. The room for two is really spacious enough for two people with lots of luggage. There are two bathrooms in the house (one is with a washing machine and dryer you can use), country style kitchen with all the appliances. Nice backyard, parking place in the house compound. I spent some time jog around the neighbourhood and it was beautiful with nice beach nearby. So far one of the best airbnb experience I have stayed. Thank you Karenn.

    The apartment is self contained and situated at the rear of our property, completely separate from our house. Our house is opposite the beautiful Seaford beach. A private entrance takes you into our yard and the apartment is up a ramp. We supply a continental breakfast for your first day. It is a few minutes walk to The Riviera Hotel, ideal for dinner. We will greet our guests, help you with any questions etc then we will leave you to enjoy your time here at The Grove undisturbed.
    The Grove consists of a living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom and a large bathroom with laundry facilities. There is a deck at the front for your personal use and we have an undercover private area, just inside the property which has a cane couch for your exclusive use as well. There is free wi fi available and we include a continental breakfast for your first day.
    The Riviera Hotel is just a few minutes walk away and is a lovely friendly hotel with good food and drinks. Crackerjack is another lovely restaurant just a little further along which is right on the beach so wonderful views whilst enjoying your meal.

We are located in the desirable Waterways estate, set in stunning surrounds comprising 20 percent parkland, and 40 percent water, within walking distance of park land, nature walks, and public transport. Tea, coffee and long life milk is included, as is use of the kitchen for cooking.

    Waterways estate comprises 40 percent housing, 20 percent park land, and 40 percent water. The beds are very confortable to sleep after a busy beach day and the bbq was an extra that allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine while eating our dinner outside. Paul and Tanya were always very helpful to every doubt we had but at the same time, respecting the space; a perfect mix!     In the garden of our beachfront home, we have recently renovated our studio cottage. The beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. The cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, a sofa bed, and a comfy queen bed with new mattress. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. The sofa bed can sleep two people. Outside the cottage is outdoor table, chairs, and lounge for use. A children's playground is nearby.
    If you are interested in a comfy studio apartment with all you need, that is so close to a beach that many people drive kilometres to, then this is for you. Ideal for couples but can accommodate a couple with children sleeping on the sofa bed or in a portacot.
    Chelsea is well known for its beautiful white sand beach. Sometimes like a mirror, sometimes perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing with great waves. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, train station, supermarket, medical centres pharmacies, a life saving club and yacht club. We have toys available and a port cot if required.

    The room is a small simple room with a queen size bed, bedside tables , A desk ( If you need one) and a wardrobe, In the lounge rooms we have Airconds (On very hot nights we recommends to leave the bedroom door open (but It is up you).You will have a fan in your room. You will have a some use of the kitchen and Basic ingredients (Tea, coffee,sugar, milk, oil, salt and pepper) for the first day or two ( to give you time to get organized) But will have to purchase your own ingredients If you are staying for a longer time. You can help yourself for a toast or cereal for breakfast. If you are a busy person who doesn't have the time for shopping and cooking you can ask me about the full Homestay option. *The price for a full borad ( room, All bills include wifi, 3 meals a day, tea, coffee, biscuits , fruits...) is $340 per week. We have 2 little dogs ( one who is thinking that he is a gurd dog)and cats. Occasionally you will hear the dogs chasing the cats or our resident possum walking on the roof at night. So you better enjoy pets and are not sensitive to noise 😋. I live with my teenage son who has special needs, He is non verbal and can be noisy at times. BYO earplugs! At times we are having other nice people living with us, I always make sure that everyone who live with us is a kind and respectful person. I also have a lovely outdoors area you are welcome to enjoy.
    It's a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, We have a couple of shopping strips 5 min from home and bus station to take you to the Train, if you dont feel like walking for 30 min( to the city) The Bus can that you to some of the local centers and to a big shopping center /mall. There's several parks, An indoor swimming pool and Parkdale beach is about 35 min, We have a bicycle you can borrow if you like.

    Set in a shaded garden, on a quiet beach side street, our family home provides tranquility but still has access to all amenities. It offers a separate and private upstairs living area comprising a large, light and airy lounge adjoining a good sized comfortable bedroom with a walk-through kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. “Our” clean and safe beach is just a short walk away. Bonbeach train station, several cafes and coffee shops are all within 5 minutes direct walk.
    Catering for couples, young families, corporate travellers or leisure guests you will get to enjoy our beach side lifestyle. For a day at the beach, I can provide towels, chairs, sun shelter and esky. Afterwards, use the hot and cold outdoor shower to refresh. For those couples with an infant, I can provide a cot and a high chair, on request.
    The street is quiet and the neighbours friendly. The beach has clean white sand, clear water and safe swimming. Enjoy beach, river or wetland walks or stroll to one of the many coffee shops and cafes on the highway. Eating out is easy, with several quality local restaurants, bistros, pubs and trattoria providing a wide variety of popular cuisines. Bonbeach is about midway between the city and the Mornington Peninsula. It’s an easy 45 minute drive to its wineries, golf courses, beaches and beautiful landscapes.

  • Seaford hasn’t got many shops but you can get your basic needs met. If you need to get about the train station is only 15-20 minutes walk away. There is a lovely cafe called The Coffee Train which is about 5-10 minutes walk away & there is a Spanish restaurant which I highly recommend near the train station. You get also get to the beach within 20 minutes. The room met all of my needs & it was peaceful. It was lovely to see the parrots in the garden & Zeb grows fruit & veg there too. Zeb is not an intrusive host but on hand when needed.

  • Wow, this place was exceptionally great. Z gave me fresh herbs from the garden, thought provoking conversations and a 10 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. You will find all you need to cook meals at home and have interesting discussions on a wide variety of topics. Good books to borrow. So much good energy.

Property is located in a quiet street. Under a 8 minute walk to the beach Edithvale/Chelsea Foreshore. Only 15 -25min drive to Mornington. It has that cosy home environment that you are looking for.
    3 bedrooms, master bedroom has an en-suite with a small alcove outside for a private seating area, including walk-in robe, TV and private aircon. There is 2 other outdoor areas, behind the garage and adjacent to the living area. 2 other bedrooms, 1 with its own desk space for the busy worker and another room with both rooms having fan/aircon. The main living room has an aircon and there is garage access for a car as well as a separate laundry and own access. Wifi is including in the property.
    Amila’s place is located in Edithvale, Victoria, Australia. The best coffee shop and cafe in area is a 1min walk to the Edithvale General Store which has a cafe attached and do an amazing coffee as well as food. If you wish to go to the beach either Edithvale or Chelsea are within walking proximity with ample car park around. There are a number of late night pizza, thai and other restaurants in the area that can cater towards your food cravings. If you wish to venture city bound, highly recommend stopping at Mordiallic as there is a number of bars, restaurants and night entertainment, the beach is also buzzing in this area.
