It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via airbnb is only used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.

The apartment is part of a house but demarcated and with its own entrance. It's located on the backward, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible by stairs that have no handrail!
