Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Maple Gardens Studio

The Studio is in our unique self- build home which we designed to be future proof and environmentally friendly. Located in the beautiful village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). With open views to the front and rear of the property.

The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

This single storey cottage is a wonderful holiday home and an ideal spot from which to the North Yorkshire area and beyond. The Gables (LS24 8DP) is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.
