Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed that easily converts into a 140 cm bed. Free parking on the premises. Guests bring their own bed linens, towels and toiletries.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. Combined kitchen/living room. Toilet and separate shower and sauna. Lovely patio around the entire property. Shared barbecue area in the area. 300 meters to Santa Claus Land. Gesundaberget reopened on 12/21 after being closed for a long time. Cross-country skiing is arranged by Gesunda exercise club.
