Close to car parks (£3.00 / 24 hrs), bus stops and Rye railway station (London St Pancras is an hour and 4 mins). Family-friendly or a romantic retreat for two, it's on the 1st & 2nd floors of a Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1500s, managed by Hannah. It’s ideal for a staycation. On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

Charming, Cosy Cottage in Rye Harbour

Light and airy seaside cottage with lots of character. Built in around 1900, it was originally home to one of the local coastguards who were stationed in the village. Cosy and comfortable sitting room. Open plan kitchen diner opening in to the sunny sheltered garden. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, electric oven, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a single room with bunk beds. The family bathroom is downstairs,and we have an upstairs toilet.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Recently renovated 'The Stables' is believed to have originally formed a part of Rye's original town wall and benefits from a wealth of period charm. Located at the bottom of Mermaid street and opposite the bustling Strand, you will find antique shops scattered amongst restaurants a stones throw away!

Moon Cabin is an A frame with double bed, shower room, toilet, desk, piano, kettle, mini fridge and toaster a small fire bowl with wood and grate so possible to some outdoor cooking. There is an apple orchard and woods to walk in. As well as parking at the property. Winchelsea beach is 10 mins drive away and Rye too. Children and pets are very welcome.
