There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.
