Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Our cottage

We have a Recently refurbished 2x bedroom flat which was part of our home, it has it's own entrance with parking space on private drive . The flat also has a kitchen , bathroom , separate shower and lounge . Our house is situated in a quiet location and a 5min drive to our local town which is Ryde. We are on a bus route to many other destinations around the island. Approximately 15mins drive from Fishbourne car ferry , 30mins from east cowes car ferry and 60mins from Yarmouth car ferry.

It has its own outside decking area which is a sun trap and very quiet. Free Parking bay at front of the main house. Stunning sandy beaches within walking distance. Lovely modern interior , with a nice garden FROM TODAY ON WIFI IS NOW INSTALLED !. PLEASE NOTE no parking in Bank Gardens but parking nearby , 2 min walk. UPDATE COVID-19.IMPORTANT . The Guest Pad. Self contained in Ryde

Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round.
