We're so happy to be hosting again post Hurricane Helene! This home was NOT damaged by Helene, but our road took a beating. More than 1,000 miles of WNC roads had extensive damage in the storm. NC-9 that leads to our property and our gravel road experienced major landslides. The roads are passable by all types of vehicles, but are still regularly under construction. It may take years for all of the roads to be repaired and we thank you for your grace and patience as we rebuild. #wncstrong ♥️

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Country Home on the Hill in Greenhill Area

This home is very comfortable, open floor plan sitting in the very middle of 27 acres of trees in the beautiful area of Green Hill, NC which is apart of Rutherford County. The home has 2 bedrooms and they are located on each end of the house, dining table sits 6, large living area with fire place. There is a deck on the front and back of the home. In the summer, there are many flowers and plants , in the winter time most are cleared off and just the natural look of being in the woods.

New 3 bed/2 bath house (1 bedroom is a large loft that sleeps 2), in a 30-acre preserve with hiking trails and frontage on Cove Creek. Property is very quiet but less than 15 minutes from Lake Lure with its restaurants, grocery store, and recreational opportunities. Amenities include fully functional kitchen, laundry room, wood stove, and campfire space. Our cozy two-bedroom cabin is located 100 yards away and is also available to rent if accommodations for larger groups are desired.
