Our prime location is a 2 min drive to the incredible amenities at Rumbling Bald Resort including: white sand beach, 2 golf courses, spa, 3 pools (1 heated indoors), lazy river, 3 restaurants, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, miniature golf, boat rentals, etc.

This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon, Hendersonville, and the Blue Ridge Mountains so many adventures await. We installed a plumbing system designed specifically for a garden level home. It may be slightly louder than normal but it works great.
