Large picture windows for gazing at the bayou let in lots of natural light. Fully handicap accessible! Not suitable for children. Cleanliness and hospitality are our specialties! No pets!! 5🌟

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

WMHS fans, this is the place for you! We are located just 2 blocks from the school, in a very quiet neighborhood. We are near to almost everything you need to see and do. This is an older home, with old home characteristics, but if you are willing to overlook those, you will love the charm this place offers. Bookings are not accepted after 6pm, and check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. One dog is allowed.

We felt right at home! Jacquelyn provided everything that we needed and even had fresh cookies and ice cream waiting for us. The coffee station was great, linens nice, furniture comfy, and the house was so clean. Would definitely book again!

Our family had a great time celebrating our son’s graduation in this peaceful location that was only about 15 minutes from LATECH’s Thomas Assembly Center. We had a few guests for lunch after graduation, and they were very impressed! We posted a recommendation on a LATECH Parents FB Group!
