The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

In den 1970er Jahren wurde das Bauernhaus von den Urgroßeltern neu erbaut. Damals wurden 6 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück vermietet. Heute befinden sich zwei gemütliche Ferienwohnungen in unserem Haus. Rußbach im Lammertal ist umgeben von einer einzigartigen Bergkulisse. Inmitten der Skiregion Dachstein West mit dem Gosaukamm und dem Dachsteinmassiv. Russbach ist ein kleines feines Dorf. Hier kennt und braucht jeder jeden.

Bei Bedarf kann dort gegrillt werden und Speisen können auf der Terasse konsumiert werden. Busstationen in die Nachbarorte sind 200m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist Ausgangspunkt für MTB- u.
