Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Quaint ambiance to feel good. Whether as a couple, with family or with friends - our cottage is ideally equipped for self-catering. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Welcome to our stylish accommodation on the Mühlbachberg in Traunkirchen with a fantastic view of Lake Traunsee. The quiet location surrounded by nature invites you to relax. The center of Traunkirchen and a swimming area on Lake Traunsee can be reached in just 5 minutes.
