Self contained apartment

Quiet, rural location but does have local shops and villages nearby. Steven was very friendly and accomodating, replied to all messages very quickly. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean and has a big spacious garden. He is in the process of doing up the property but im sure once its all finished it will be a lovely place to stay.

A smashing place to stay. Accommodation exactly as described, spotlessly clean. Mike and Jayne are perfect hosts. The little extra gifts were very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend this property and we hope to revisit in the future.

East Wing Folkingham

What an absolute gem this little place was. We had been travelling for a few hours and Margaret Anne’s place was a stop over for the evening. It was exact what we needed! The place was absolutely gorgeous in every way. Beautiful decor, high end finishes, comfy bed and so many thoughtful touches. There was a little kitchen corner with milk, water, snacks and breakfast cereals. A lot of work and effort has gone into making this a really special place. Also, the bath was probably the best bath I have ever had! It was huge and such a relaxing experience. Absolutely loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a lovely stay ❤️

Owl’s Hoot, a Lincolnshire gem

MaureenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a lucky find! I met Caroline when I arrived at the property and soon felt like I’d know her for ages. She is a friendly, warm and lovely lady. ‘Little Gem’ is certainly the right name for Owl’s Hoot. It was immaculately clean and I could tell that a lot of thought and love had gone into the property. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was plenty of information about the property and the surrounding village provided. I loved my visit there an£ would very highly recommend this property.

The Barn at Linwood Hall Farm

AlistairRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Had a fabulous weekend with friends, meeting at Matthew's lovely barn in the middle between our 2 homes. The barn is a cut above other Airbnb's I found, and is perfectly suited to 2 families, with a double bed and bunk bed in each en suite bedroom. The living space was the key though, big central space, great kitchen opening out onto huge dining space, massive table for eating at or playing games, then a snug couple of sofas at the other end. Matthew was around if we needed him, and he checked in with us when passing, giving some great recommendations of local attractions. Woodhall Spa (under 10mins away) is a fab little village with loads of independent shops, including "The Bakery", which sold delicious cakes! We had a walk round the private land, and the kids loved the rope swing and little tree house outside. It was great to be so private that we could let them play while we were inside. We even roasted marshmallows at the firepit! May well be back, highly recommended!

Barn conversion with veranda and garden view

HaydenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Claire and Neil were very good hosts, their place was very clean, well equipped and truly a homely experience, they really go above and beyond and I've been to a few BnB's and truly they look after you. It's more than just a business, you truly feel like guests at their home, it was a seamless two days I spent with my misses, my sister and her partner and the beds are perfect, location is impeccable and we even all bumped into the host's who gave us some kind words and made sure our stay was perfect whilst we were there. Whenever I visit my sister I will be returning, this is a warm place to be and not just a bed to rest your head! Thankyou Claire and Neil 🫶

Rachel was a great host and the house is a beautiful place to stay. We both said it felt like being in a 5 star hotel but with the extra space and amenities. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and private getaway in the beautiful countryside.

The Stocks Barn

LouRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic stay at The Stocks Barn in Wellingore! The location is ideal — peaceful and picturesque, with lovely countryside walks right on the doorstep and easy access to nearby villages and amenities. The barn itself is absolutely stunning. It’s been beautifully renovated with a perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. Everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully put together, making it feel cosy, stylish, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to David, our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. He made sure everything was just right and gave us a warm welcome, which really added to the experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Stocks Barn to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside escape.
