Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Milkman’s Cottage In the heart of Kyabram

Milkman’s Cottage is located within walking distance to Kyabram’s CBD. It’s name was inspired by the block originally housing the local dairy where milk was packaged then delivered by horse and cart. The horse and stables were also located on this property. A cottage was built on the same block where the owner lived. This is what we have restored for people to enjoy while visiting Kyabram and surrounds.
