Fully equipped, dishwasher/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dish towels, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), toilet/bathroom. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and midnight and check-out is before 11 a.m.

Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

The outdoors are enclosed and the pool is secured by an electric shutter. Ideally located to discover the southern Ardèche, our house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 covered terrace and swimming pool. ☀️Sheets, towels and cleaning are included for more peace of mind ☀️

This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Stone house in a hamlet

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

L'Oustau di Boule – Old Renovated House

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

Ce studio, pour 2 personnes, de 40m2, se situe à 5minutes à pieds du centre ville de ruoms, la rivière est à 2minutes, et à 10km de vallon pont d arc, et des gorges de l'Ardèche. Il est entièrement rénové, et tout équipé (parking, garage pour les motos, chauffage, machine à laver, wifi, écran plat, machine pour expresso, ...). Sur un terrain de 500m2 avec transat, parasol, et barbecue (charbon non fourni).
