On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the first floor, the main room, warm and bright atmosphere with a living room, TV and an open-plan kitchen (microwave, stove, toaster, fridge, coffee machines...). On the second floor, the sleeping area and its bathroom. The balcony is not overlooked.

In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Accommodating from 2 to 4 people, our 80 m2 cottage will have all the charm for you to spend a relaxing and magical vacation. On-site pool and river access on a sandy and pebble beach just a 20-minute walk away, the location is great.
