The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. You can fish from the shore of the cottage or go by rowing boat to the lake. For cyclists, there are miles of dirt roads to ride. The cottage is located along the Ruokolahti canoeing route (102km).
