Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Didier. Logement calme, près du Rer, correspondant à nos attentes. Un petit bémol pour la porte en partie vitrée qui laisse passer la lumière extérieure, nous avons pendu une couverture devant car je suis sensible à la lumière, et un peu de moisissure au plafond, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Il faisait beau et l'extérieur est un vrai plus. Franchement, nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Also location is top! 5 min walk from RER B line which takes you to gare du nord, CDG airport and city center easily.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Очень удобное расположение рядом с метро, до центра Парижа можно доехать за 15 минут, до аэропорта Орли - 22-25 минут. Рядом очень много магазинов, кафе, несколько раз в неделю работает рынок. В апартаментах есть вся необходимая посуда и чай-кофе-сахар. Район чистый и спокойный. Хозяин очень быстро отвечает, разрешил нам заехать в 10 вечера. Если еще раз поедем в Париж вдвоем, обязательно остановимся у Sévan)) Рекомендую

Un grand merc i a fabien qui fait tout pour ses visiteurs avec une reaction instantanee. -le logement decrit est parfait belle piece a vivre grand ecran tele belle chambre avec lit de 160 et tres bon matelas salle de bains parfaite avec lave linge petit coin exterieur apreciable rien a redire mais attention le tram t9 a une tarification speciale si je reviens sur paris c est ici que je reviendrai encore merci FABIEN c est rare de trouver un logement aussi bien adapte HENRI

Le logement est petit mais pratique, et Annabelle prend bien le temps de nous expliquer les spécificités du logement, donc pas de surprise. La propreté est impeccable. En cas de forte chaleur, la seule ouverture est la porte, c'est ok parce que l'accès ne donne pas directement dans la rue, mais il faut le prendre en compte. Le lit est confortable.

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Véronique. Tout ce que j’avais demandé était au rendez-vous, et même au-delà de mes attentes. J’avais demandé une décoration spéciale et elle n’a pas oublié, tout était parfaitement préparé. Elle a pris la peine de m’accueillir chaleureusement, de tout bien m’expliquer et de s’assurer que je ne manquais de rien. Son logement est parfaitement conforme à la description et très confortable. The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

Tenedice was an extremely responsive and kind host. The check-in instructions are VERY detailed — I can’t thank her enough for the clear instructions. Additionally, the apartment is very clean and spacious — it has absolutely everything one could need to have an enjoyable time. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
