Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

The apartment is located in a new building in a modern, safe neighborhood with easy access to the train station. It was very clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything I needed. The space is comfortable, with plenty of room and a nice balcony. There's a LIDL supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and several great restaurants right nearby. The host was super friendly and responded quickly. Absolutely worth staying here – highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Didier's. Quiet accommodation, near the RER, met our expectations. A small downside for the partly glazed door that lets in the outside light, we hung a blanket in front because I am sensitive to light, and a little mold on the ceiling, but that didn't bother us. It was nice and the outside is a real plus. Frankly, we'll come back if we have a chance.

I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport lines that lead to the apartment) Next to it is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay went very well. We stayed at this beautiful apartment for the Fêtes Galantes at the Palace of Versailles, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the palace. We even walked back at 1 AM in full costume and felt completely safe. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the shower was great. There's even a washing machine, which is a big plus! The hosts were lovely — very communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone attending an event at Versailles and needing a convenient, cozy place to stay nearby. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Fabien's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for a weekend in Paris. You can easily get to the city center by bus and RER or metro and escape the hustle and bustle in the evening. The area also feels very safe. Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Everything you could use was available. Check in and check out were flexible and hassle-free. Communication with the hostess was very nice and helpful. Overall a great location and apartment, definitely recommended.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

I think this room is very good overall.It is about 15 minutes walk from here to the C Line train station, and the living environment is quiet.The room is equipped with everything you need, and check-in and check-out are also very easy and convenient.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, big screen TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come back again. Thank you FABIEN, it's rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
