Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Runaway Bay

My family and I had a great stay at John's home. The kids enjoyed access to the pool right across the road, we enjoyed the view and the cool breeze. John & Patricia were very hospitable and accommodating. Location is very close to Ochi town. 5 mins drive. Hosts were very responsive and always available. Highly recommend and would book again. “We had an amazing stay at Rosie’s place! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The communication with Rosie was seamless, fun and entertaining. She always have an answer and a solution to our questions. The check-in process was smooth and easy The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was amazing, kitchen and dining was on point we felt right at home.. The location was ideal for our stay. Island Vibes was literally my home away from home for my 10 day work trip. Annette and Benji really accommodated our purpose of travel and made suggestions in whatever way they could which was truly appreciated. The house is also filled with quality amenities which made working that much easier. One thing that really stood out was the fact that there was still electricity at the home when there was a community power outage. While some of our neighboring coworkers had to relocate to Starbucks for a couple of hours, we were able to remain in the home and work peacefully. This was really a super plus for us and we really felt elite! Annette and Benji are not intrusive in anyway, they really allow you to enjoy the true comfort of their home in your own way. Really a beautiful couple and exceptional hosts! I will definitely be back - but this time on vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

I loved the space. It was just what we needed; very clean and spacious. The bed linens and towels were 5-star hotel quality. The space had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Location is close to restaurants and entertainment. Getting access to the place was a breeze and Leon was very easy to contact and talk to. The addition of the complimentary drinks and first breakfast was very thoughtful and we enjoyed all the snacks. I would definitely considering using Leon's place again!

Adehya was absolutely amazing for our week-long winter family vacation. We had 7 people and were very comfortable in the villa. This was a chill-vacation so we only did one excursion during the week and spent all days at the beach (short 5 minute walk) and having family nights at the Villa. The beach has a nice bar and restaurant and the bar is open day and night. The villa itself is simply beautiful. Spacious 4 bedroom and loved the master with outdoor bathroom. I also can't say enough glowing comments about the staff -- Willy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Miss E and Miss Jackie -- also fantastic! They are all great communicators! They work 9-5, mostly - though were accommodating when we had dinner after 5 a couple nights. The Silver Sands neighborhood is lovely. Matt was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during as I asked a bunch of questions off and on. A family vacation to remember! Would come back to Adehya again!

We had a great stay at Jenny’s villa. I was there with four other ladies, but the space could easily accommodate more. Chef Tavoy prepared delicious meals for us every day, and Pethula kept our rooms organized—she even did the laundry from our hampers. The pool was crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning on the back patio, which was such a peaceful spot. The villa felt very safe, and the beach was just a short five-minute walk away. One night, we even had a fun karaoke session by the beach. Truly a memorable getaway!

Denzil is a great host and this was a great home to stay in during our time in Ocho Rios. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor patio areas are amazing with beautiful views. Denzil was a thoughtful host and made sure we were okay during our stay. The water shut off briefly, Then but was fixed within an hour or two. Other than that, excellent stay, would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

Fantastic villa in a nice area! House is very comfortable, well laid out and beautiful overall. Hosts are great and welcoming.

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Paradise Villas. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and beautiful. Milton helped us out with anything we needed. A great space for a family and we hope to visit again.

Private spacious, quiet, intimate, family, friendly neighbors was really nice. Sunsets was beautiful and much more security was very good.

Great house, very clean and modern. The location is also excellent to explore the region, so we stayed 7 nights. Yshanna is taking care very well for the guests, responds very fast. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.
