Beachfront vacation rentals in Runaway Bay

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It’s located in a gated area, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There is also a beach clothes by and a food complex with Starbucks, KFC etc The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with—any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. If I were to message her at 3am she’d probably respond lol. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Firstly I must say this was a last minute booking and the host was very accomadating. The location was perfect, private and quiet neighborhood which made my wife and I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, the host communicated with the front gate about our arrival. The home was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and we will be returning to this Airbnb on our next visit.

Very clean spacious located directly in the town so quick access to restaurants and excursions. Pool bar and restaurant on property which was where I had breakfast. Apartment was clean only downside was the shower glass door it leaks when in shower so the floor gets wet other than that very cozy! Host was very attentive and responded quickly to concerns

Franklin was superb. Very down to earth, attentive and informative. He knew the area well, suggested some great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. His property is greatly maintained and the amenities were as described.

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.

Patrick was an amazing host, he was so responsive, even at times when i thought it was too late and i wouldn't get a response, the space is amazing and was perfect for our family, the location was perfect & i hope that i can stay here the next time i am in Jamaica !

Columbus Heights never disappoints the views from this location was very beautiful no matter day or night . Bonnie was always just a text away when we needed to ask a question or had a concern . This is a bottom level air bnb located right next to the main walk way to other family’s condos so you must remember everyone stops and has a chat and visit as they pass you while sitting on your deck as Jamaica is full of friendly people. It can get a little loud in the evenings as some of the locals do play music into the evening but with that being said we go to bed early . This air bnb won’t disappoint you it’s fully equipped with more than you need for a long or short stay as we stayed a month . Very comfortable and felt safe at all times . This was an absolutely magical vacation for so many reasons. First, I have to give kudos to the host! She was absolutely amazing. She was there to meet my every need even on a whim. There was nothing I asked she didn't deliver. She has drivers, grocery delivery, housekeeping all set up which made this one of our favorite vacations. Secondly, the chef was amazing! The food was so delicious!!! We legitimately asked her to come home with us! If she offers to make you a salad, take her up on it! She had this homemade thousand island that was to die for! We were so close to everything! We took the bikes out several days to get to the grocery store, Starbucks, KFC, and even the ATM. We also spent several evenings watching the sunset from the jetties on the beach. We were able to snorkel and see the most amazing sea creatures. We even saw a stingray! My kiddos were begging for outside time! We simply loved the setup, place and amenities! This vacation was simply amazing!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here! It was very comfortable and an enjoyable stay.

This unit is just as seen on the site it is nestled on the second floor overlooking the pool area, it's also in the center of everything. Just across the street there are restaurants and bars as well as within the property itself. I highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in Ochi Rios you won't regret it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the place was clean ; we felt very safe on the compound. We enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming which was a walk down the stairs from the property . Will definitely return in the future , Peter was very helpful in guiding us to the local spots and showing us around . We were able to pick fresh fruit that was in season in the yard . This is a hidden gem in Oracabessa !
