Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

The apartment is in the top location of East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the side of the slope in a sunny location. From the door straight to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but you can check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. 22 m² second-floor apartment next to the slopes. You can access the slopes and lifts directly from the yard. Ski trails and sledding trails can be found nearby, and in summer a bike park and frisbee golf right next to the yard. In terms of space, the accommodation is best suited for 1-4 people, but by unfolding the sofa bed, it is possible for up to six people to stay. 2 season tickets are included in the price: downhill skiing/roller coaster in winter and all Ruka activities in summer. Pets are not allowed.
