Josh was very friendly and always answered all our questions and doubts quickly and accurately. The place is very comfortable and has everything to make you feel at home.

It was a great place. The host were very nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. It was very convenient to have the 4 rooms for our group. The deck was so peaceful and nice, would definitely stay here again if we’re in Ruidoso.

Ms. Martha was very kind to allow us to drop off our things prior to check in. She called us to make sure check in went well and if there was anything we needed during our stay. On Saturday evening, a fuse to which the family room TV was connected blew out and her repairman immediately came over to fix it. Her home is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. We look forward to booking again with her.

Had a great time and Rick was very helpful with the check-in process. It was our first time to visit this part of NM and will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and private!

It was a great stay. playroom was very good with pool table and bar. Bedrooms were great size. there were lots of extra linen and blankets. Will stay again in future.

The cabin was a great place to stay. Michele and Jim we're very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. They we're able to accommodate to our needs with short notice. Best of all, the views from the deck are great!

Nice place, very clean. Check in and out went very smoothly. My only concern was the additional cleaning holiday fee. Other than that I would definitely consider staying there again

This place felt like home. It was cozy and peaceful. My favorite part about staying here was the location. It was on the river and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

We decided on a last minute trip to Ruidoso, and this was one of the few remaining places left on airbnb. We probably would not have normally selected it, due to its age, and that it was a condo, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, and though the furniture is old, it feels homey, and was comfortable. The location couldnt be better, right by downtowns main drag. Two things, we couldnt ever figure out how to get the heating and a/c to work, but it was mild so we just opened the windows and were comfortable. The second is the king bed. It was not comfortable, you can tell by the mattress and box spring it is very old, and needs replacing. But the twin beds were comfy! We had a great time, and would return!

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

The beds are very comfortable. We slept great. My friend especially appreciated the spare toothbrush that was available, since she forgot hers. It was very nice sitting on the deck looking at the stars in the evening. I would love to spend another night when we’re back in town!!!

Our stay was very peaceful, it was a safe and clean environment inside and out. It’s a nice distance from everything ruidoso has to offer, not to close to downtown where you get all the traffic and not to far where it becomes a trip just to get places. We would definitely stay again!

This mountain cabin was everything we were hoping for and more… The pictures don’t do the views justice, and the deck hot tub was magical! Everything was truly perfect. Thank you.

Very beautiful cabin. Great hosts. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Love how clean and spacious this place was. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the deck. The hosts were really sweet and responsive. They have everything there at the cabin to accommodate you and your family. Thanks for letting us stay. We really enjoyed our time at your cabin!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would this air bnb and the hostes are super super nice and really helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.
