Wir bieten direkten Strandzugang zum Großen Jasmunder Bodden für erholsame Spaziergänge und Aktivitäten wie Angeln oder Radtouren. Highlight im Sommer: Die Störtebeker Festspiele in Ralswiek, die von uns auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen sind. Für Kinder gibt es einen Streichelzoo, Ponys und Alpakas, sowie Spielplatz und Hüpfburg. Ferienwohnung Nr. 3 Rügen Wasserblick + Garten

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Gebäude mit 3 weiteren Wohnungen, dazu gehört ein Garten, eine eigenen Abschnitt der vorgelagerten Terrasse mit Blick über den Garten, zur Schafweide bis zum Wasser. In ca. 100 m Entfernung liegt unser Ruderboot im Wasser, welches zu einer Bootsfahrt einlädt. Zudem können Kanus und Kajaks sowie eine Feuerstelle genutzt werden. Gleiches gilt für ein paar (wenngleich ältere) Fahrräder. Wer Natur pur und Rügens ruhige Seite erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Das 45 m² große Ferienhaus ist mit einem Doppelbett, Flat-TV, einer Küchenzeile inklusive Herd und einem Badezimmer ausgestattet. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse im Hof. Es ist Teil des Stadthaus Usedom, das auf eine lange Geschichte zurückblickt. Das Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert. Es hat zwei Etagen, in der unteren befindet sich die Küche und ein kleiner Wohnbereich. In der oberen Etage ist das Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und das Bad mit einer Badewanne.
