Two units can accommodate 4-5 persons. They are distributed on two floors, with a large garden and each a terrace, as well as two free parking spaces.

Our beautiful vacation home, which we have restored with a lot of love and passion, is located in the center of Franzburg. The amenities are modern and upscale. Our cottage is designed for 4 people, an extra bed is possible for an extra charge of 10 euros per person per day. This results in a maximum capacity of up to 6 persons. Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace. We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.

Our 2014 fully renovated semi-detached house offers space for 6. On the ground floor there is a 26 m2 kitchen-living room, a bathroom with walk-in large shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m2. Upstairs you can also find two bedrooms with about 12-14 m2, as well as another bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each have satellite/TV and a flat screen TV.
