We rent our newly built, modern thatched house. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Strom. The furnishing is modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. My place is close to Greifswald. 220m2 cottage right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and from February 2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.
