Welcome to the Gülitz country house on the old Elm in the middle of the wide Prignitz. The church square with our country house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by lots of nature. The mighty elm in front of the house has shaded the village green with the pear trees for about 800 years. With us, the visitor can just be and forget the big city. You can stroll through meadows and fields, bathe in the forest lake or just watch the storks on our barn.

From Hamburg by train to Dannenberg (from both destinations I offer a shuttle service to Dömitz.)

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Shopping within walking distance (5-8 min) Doctors and pharmacies in the village. Apartment is equipped with insect screens. The apartment can also be booked for one night. The upper apartment is very bright because of the large skylights. The wood-paneled open gable still conveys a sense of security. For one or two people, a cozy retreat to relax and recharge. In my large farmhouse in rural idyll, an apartment for 4 people is available. Located in the Elbe floodplains in the district of Neuhaus, it is also not far to Lüneburg, Schwerin or Dömitz. At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.
