Tourist tax: €1.40 per adult/night, €0.80 per child/night (6-15 years) to be paid directly on site.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Fewo "die Stub"

Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

Apartment in a wonderful location & great mountain views

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. "Small but nice" living at Hopfensee, quiet location
