I really enjoy my stay in Mexicantown! The decoration is super nice, you can feel the good vibes in the place. Everything was clean and well prepared when I arrived. For the price, it’s really a good value. Also, Valeria was super helpful and always responded fast. I recommend it for sure!

Gil and Margot were great with any questions we had. They responded quickly and professionally. We came in for a weekend baseball series at Comerica which was only a 10 min Uber/Lyft ride to the stadium. Easy and Flexible self check in was great, since we arrived on the later side at night. The AC was great for those hot days and cooled down the place very quickly.

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. I stayed here Saturday-Tuesday exploring Detroit and this place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was incredibly clean. truly spotless. Casey is extremely responsive and accommodating. Very kind host! The home was just over a mile from my Amtrak train, and about a mile from the free Q LINE which takes you downtown, with stops near museums/stadiums/etc., too. I believe a few city buses pass by closer to this unit, but I did not use them. There also is a MoGo bike station less than half a mile away, in front of a hospital, which you can hop on and ride around the city, and return to a different location wherever you head to. The location was perfect for my needs, since I used the Q LINE and MoGo bikes daily. I rode the bike just over 1 mile north into the beautiful Boston-Edison Historic District. Well worth your time if you like admiring some old houses/cool architecture! There's also a handful of places to grab a bite nearby, all walkable. Thanks so much for the great stay!

I've stayed at Jared's and Samantha's three times and I will stay there again when it's available. I am in town at least twice a month for work and their place is perfect!

It’s a nice place. Extra bath towels and an extra blanket would have been nice. But for sure I would rent this place again.

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

This location is a duplex and my sister and I previously stayed in the upstairs unit. I thought we’d miss the view from up there, but honestly, I really enjoyed the lower unit more. It’s smaller but cozy and still enough space for two people (who know each other well). It’s not too tight and the kitchen (huge fridge and lots of counter space!) the bedroom and the bathroom were just the right size. There’s also great amenities and the water gets nice and hot. You will hear people walking around upstairs and there’s a train that’s nearby, but for the most part, it’s otherwise peaceful and quiet. And downtown Ferndale is a beautiful place with a lot of activity/sights to see. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was very peaceful! The area is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It was very clean and welcoming. We had to drive a little more than wheat we expected but we were ok with that. The hosts were very responsive and polite. I definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Very responsive when I had questions. Place was perfect for what we needed for the nights stay. Living room area had a very nice couch & tv was huge!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

Ian and Paul were both amazing host. for the apartment, it's very nice and cozy, especially the bathroom toilet, owww I freaking loved it. The location is quite and the area is close to Ferndale local restaurants. How nice are the host? : By the day I lost my luggage and I thought I lost it when I was there. Ian and Paul were very nice people that they helped me change security door camera footage. Even tho we didnt find it, the effort they put for me meant a lot to me. A week later, a local restaurant found my contact through airline and contacted me said they had my luggage. It was my fault for not remembering it. But I just wanna say a big thank you for these amazing host. total 5 stars 🌟
