Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

this place was beautiful and a great location. close to the downtown area, less than 5 minute walking distance from a liquor store. was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. was fully stopped with enough toiletries and when I did have any questions they were prompt with communication. me and my fiance plan on attending again and we had a great staycation.

This location is a duplex and my sister and I previously stayed in the upstairs unit. I thought we’d miss the view from up there, but honestly, I really enjoyed the lower unit more. It’s smaller but cozy and still enough space for two people (who know each other well). It’s not too tight and the kitchen (huge fridge and lots of counter space!) the bedroom and the bathroom were just the right size. There’s also great amenities and the water gets nice and hot. You will hear people walking around upstairs and there’s a train that’s nearby, but for the most part, it’s otherwise peaceful and quiet. And downtown Ferndale is a beautiful place with a lot of activity/sights to see. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

This home is very nice and unique being that it’s made of shipping containers. The decor was awesome and everything looks just like the pictures. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the area, which was very convenient. Aaron was an awesome host. He was very responsive and friendly. Being that this was our first time staying at an Airbnb, Aaron made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Our stay was amazing.

Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. We had a great stay! The location was excellent and the space itself felt open and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The TVs were large and awesome for winding down, and the main bed was extremely comfortable. The pull-out couch worked well for the kids, and the unit was surprisingly quiet. Barely heard a peep from the other units. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is is great place and super clean. So close to down town if you don’t want to walk a little Uber rides were only 5-7 dollars . Can’t beat this place for royal oak adventures

Jennifer's place was perfect for a quick weekend visit to Birmingham. It has all the basic amenities for quick meals and is a pleasant short walk to the vibrant center of town. Access was straight forward and there is plenty of parking. I look forward to staying there again when visiting.

Aj has a wonderfully cute and cozy apartment nestled in a vibrant neighborhood community. There are many small businesses very close by that have so much to offer. This was my first trip to Detroit and i will be coming back and hopefully staying here again.

Our stay was very peaceful! The area is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It was very clean and welcoming. We had to drive a little more than wheat we expected but we were ok with that. The hosts were very responsive and polite. I definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Had a great stay. The place was easy to find, and having a carport was very convenient. Check-in was easy, and there were lots of amenities and shopping within a 15-minute drive. Would recommend!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
