Vacation rentals with a patio in Rowland Heights

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist super im schönen Silverlakequartier gelegen, schön hell, nah an der Autobahnauffahrt und trotzdem ruhig und sie hat alles, was man braucht. Juan ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und seine 2 Huskies gaben uns auch Sicherheit. Wir würden diese Wohnung bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt im LA wieder mieten:)

Luis place was amazing ! He was super nice and replied very fast. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Will be returning in the future.

The location, amenities, space, and cleanliness—everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. The height of our car didn’t allow it to fit in the garage, but there was also an outdoor parking area, which we were able to use. Just one note: there is no hairdryer provided, so please be aware of that.

Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Le confort du lit et des oreillers fournis était incroyable. Super propre et climatisation très aidante. Seul petit point qui demande attention c’est qu’on ne peut pas faire fonctionner deux électroménagers à la fois à cause de l’âge du bâtiment et l’électricité qui pourrait faire défaut. Cela ne m’empêcherait pas de revenir. La décoration était ma magnifique et très pratique de pouvoir faire lavage à même le logement. Accessibilité à la plage en 5 minutes à pied.

I loved this house! Perfect for my travel partner and I on our business trip. Super clean, beds comfortable- nice pool to swim in. The kitchen is great- TV and living room was good. The host was super responsive and proactive with everything. Truly one of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. Well done.

Great place and location for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was access to streaming services for relaxation. Basic kitchen utensils and pans available. We cooked quite a bit. The kitchen could use dish towels, new sponges for each new reservation, and a few more bowls/plates. Hand towels would be nice for the bathroom but we were able to use the washcloths for most of our needs. My only complaint was of the cleanliness. We found a used hairbrush, toiletries, several pacifiers, and snack wrappers in the bedrooms. The outdoor furniture was very dirty so we were unable to use it. There is a smaller table available, which we enjoyed, but it only had two chairs. The pillows did not have any protectors and the duvet inserts and mattress covers were quite stained. Aside from this, the house was exactly what we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was friendly and easy. Easy access to freeways, amenities, and food.

Had a great time at this home. It was very big and comfortably fit a large group of people. It was especially nice that there are two kitchens both on the first floor, but a door separates them from 4 of the suites so that they kids can sleep quietly while the adults are on the other side. Would love to come back here soon!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

We had a weekend event at the Rose Bowl and Min’s place fitted all of our needs. 20 minutes to the venue and lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. I would come back in the future 10/10!

The host clearly went the extra step in their preparations for their guests. We arrived to an extremely clean and welcoming home. Plenty of towels, pillows, comforters, and even slippers provided for us to have an at home feel. The beds were all VERY comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry had good resources for us to use. Showers/bath were spacious with extra large rain water shower heads/wand left you feeling refreshed and revitalized. There was more than enough space for our family of 6 and it was such a a short drive from severally different amusement parks and venues. We will definitely use this rental again!

Such a great stay for our family, very nice and spacious and included many family friendly amenities. If you are anywhere near the area, HIGHLY recommend booking this stay! Additionally, hosts were very communicative which is always a plus!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hollywood. Check-in was super easy, and the place had a great vibe from the moment I arrived. Everything was clearly explained, which made it really simple to settle in. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Parking was easy and convenient, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
