Overall, our family had an amazing stay and would stay here again! This home is absolutely beautiful and the views / amenities were spectacular! Ethan & Ellie were very quick at communicating with us and we could tell they really wanted us to have a great stay. Even the mechanic/maintenance guy that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We could tell the whole team wanted us to have a 5 star stay and we did! Thank you all!

Daniel’s apart is definitely value for the money.newly refurbished apartment.All appliances new,stove refrigerator washer dryer.Very comfortable beds,very modern bathroom and kitchen.quiet family neighborhood.Very clean.our family would definitely go back again.would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

This was my first time using Airbnb. Our home was tented and we were looking at hotels, I suggested Airbnb. My parents were very happy. Felt so much more comfortable than a hotel. We will definitely use again.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for getting 10 family members together. It was good for teens and young adults as well as old adults. Lots of separate spaces to hang out and visit. Hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had. All in all a really great weekend!!! Thank you so much!!

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Suzanne is an above ans beyond host- the room had everything you needed. The house and property were so beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and great apartment. The area is very quiet and yet still so close to the freeway and shopping center for anything you need from groceries to shopping for clothes. The apartment is very clean and has all basic amenities needed

I can’t say enough about Daniel’s Airbnb. It’s beautiful surroundings, attractively decorated, very welcoming, super comfortable, extremely clean and has just about everything you need. Daniel is very responsive, reaching out to welcome, making one feel right at home and answering any questions promptly. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

David is very responsive when needed assistance. Nice environment to stay. Will definitely go back again

Jason was an outstanding Airbnb host. His attention to detail, especially in providing clear and thorough instructions, made checking in effortless and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything was tidy and exactly where it needed to be. I had everything I could possibly need to enjoy my stay, and the view was truly a bonus! If you have specific requests, just reach out to Jason before booking—he's more than willing to accommodate when possible. Honestly, I didn’t even need to contact him during my stay. Both Jason and his property had everything covered. There’s no shortage of things to do in the area—Universal is just 45 minutes away, Disney is only 30 minutes, and the list goes on. Time flew by, and I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. If you're considering booking his place—do it! I’ll definitely be staying with him again in the future. You’re going to love it. Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
