It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.

It sleeps 4 (2x adults + 2x children) comfortably and is completely detached from the main house over a garage, with a private porch. The studio is equipped with a keypad for entry.
