The studios were created when we renovated our 1600 mountain hut and are furnished in the simple alpine style. It is a family-run structure dedicated to hikers who want to discover the many paths that lead to mountain shelters and lakes in the wonderful Val di Rhêmes and in the Gran Paradiso National Park, but also to families and couples who just want to enjoy the quiet and beautiful scenarios of the Alps. It is the ideal place to regenerate, in close contact with nature, animals and tradition.

It is located in a detached house on the top floor and has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is a 20-minute drive from Cogne where the Gran Paradiso National Park with its walks and cross-country and downhill ski runs will welcome you. In just a 10-minute drive you can reach Aosta and the cable car that leads to the ski slopes of Pila.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. In a perfectly renovated 19th-century house, you can find all the comforts for a true mountain experience. The house is in a very pretty hamlet of 14 houses, at 1560 m above sea level, next to the woods and directly on a path for walks and snowshoeing. The cross-country skiing trail is 50 meters from the house

Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars.
