The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Close to Cromer and its lovely beach, historic market town of Aylsham, National Trust Blickling and Felbrigg (15 mins). A newly renovated 19th Century Wesleyan Chapel with beautiful views over common land, currently full of orchids and flag irises. Daily we see a barn owl, wood peckers, kestrels, and a range of small birds. This is a beautiful area for walking and cycling. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Wifi installed but slow.

There are many things to do and see -beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives behind Long Barn, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

A charming and spacious terraced house in the lovely seaside town of Cromer. The king-size and twin beds are solid oak and we offer a sofa-bed, 2 single airbeds, a travel cot and highchair. Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a smart TV, WiFi and Netflix, a separate dining room, pretty garden room and private garden with tiled area and outdoor furniture.

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.
