Monthly Rentals in Rottingdean

Had a couple of lovely days at this lovely little house. Had everything we needed to make it a perfect getaway. Alison was great at communicating and very helpful responding quickly. The little pub next door is super friendly and worth a visit. They also turn all outside music off by 10pm and all customers are inside so nothing to disturb your evening in the house. Would highly recommend staying here and exploring the area lots to do and the zip line across the beach on Brighton pier is great fun.

A brilliant stay at an amazing cottage. The facilities were excellent. Everything you could possibly need. Pristine clean. It was very convenient for in and around Rottingdean and close to bus stops. We would definitely stay again.

2 Steyning Road was Lovely Beautiful I would recommend coffee tea for the customers because a lot of people would notice that Lucy provided a lot for the place for cleaning products but tea and coffee would make a customer very happy. I would recommend a table and chairs as a supplement because we can't take chairs from the living room and kitchen and the outdoor lounge does not permit it. Also I believe Lucy should interact more with the customer because anything could be needed in check in so regular phone calls or emails would be appreciated after booking. We left a nice feedback in the guestbook and We will come back again as we miss the place already. We are hopeful that the place will be available when we try to book on airbnb. Booked this Airbnb for a colleague working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
