It has two bathrooms and bedrooms in addition to a living room and kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Come and stay at our cosy *tiny house* in our beautiful city of Nootdorp / The Hague. From our Town house you are in the city centre of the hague in 10 minutes by tram/train or car.. The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to.. The apartament - second floor- consist the bathroom, a livingroom with work space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. The space is perfect for 2-4 people.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
