In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

At 6 minutes walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven, nice to eat and drink. Nice walking routes to the city center. Close to public transportation. My apartment is renovated, vintage decorated with a view of the Schie canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double bed (M-line mattress), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet, balcony. I live downstairs, you have the upper floor.

Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.
