This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Set in a cosy village, a beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km, cycling paths everywhere. The house can accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so this house cannot host more than four adults.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA.
