Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um rasch und direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobiltätseinschränkungen wie auch Kinder nicht geeignet. Ebenfalls ist sie für Haustiere nicht geeignet. Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

Herzlich willkommen! Das helle Studio (ca. 37 qm) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus Quartier in Muri, Kanton Aargau. Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, einem grossen Kleiderschrank, einem Sofa, einem Sessel, einem Regal, einer kleinen Küche (ohne Backofen), einem Kühlschrank und WLAN. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Der zum Studio gehörende Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem separaten Eingang. Kleiner separater Sitzplatz im Garten.

The apartment is very modern & well-equipped. There are two bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and a separate bathroom. The apartment has a large, open kitchen as well as a dining and living area. The lounge on the terrace invites you to linger. This apartment is perfectly located for Baden, Zurich, or other excursions. The highway is 3 minutes away by car and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport.

Lovely apartment with a view

Quiet accommodation near the city of Zurich with a garage parking space on the seventh floor (2 elevators available) with a view into the distance and into the greenery. Zurich main station is reachable by bus and train in less than 30 minutes, Zurich Airport in 40 minutes. From the bus station to the house it's just a 1 minute walk. There are buses every 30 minutes from 05:30 till midnight.

Tiny House

The house is situated in a small natural oasis in the middle of the city. There is a lot to do and discover. Enjoy the time in the large natural garden, treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the beautiful large natural pool and in the modern sauna house. There is also a wide range of outdoor activities around the house for adventurers. There is definitely something for everyone!

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
