Great property with good taste of furnishing and appliances. Definitely worth the money.

Very greatful to have stayed here. Close enough to the Redwoods to ride to the shuttles along some very nice pathways. Also easy to drop down into downtown for dinner. Worked really well for a group of guys with plenty of room.

We found it clean and warm, with comfortable beds with all the things we required. It was a great location being within 10 minutes drive from the Sportsdrome where we were located for the long weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable house for a large group. I wouldn't describe it as 'luxe' or elite but it was great for two families with young children getting together. It's sunny with comfy beds and in a peaceful location. A coffee plunger would be a useful addition to the kitchen/or good to take with you.

This place is great to stay in Rotorua, the location is right in the middle of everything without being to busy. The views of the lake are absolutely astounding from inside! Very little/no Sulphur smell inside! All of the amenities were very useful during our stay and would 100% stay again the next time I am here!

Loved the stay, peaceful, own space really enjoyed the night with my friends . Would recommend this stay and was worth it , thanks once again

A cosy and quirky house with beautiful views of the mountain and lake. Des is a great host and the house has everything you need. My only caution is that the driveway is a bit steep and a touch tricky especially when wet. Would recommend.

Amazing place Would recommend. The highlight was that a floatplane came to doorstep to pick us up at the lake Do try the place and it's experiences

Clean and clutter free. Loads of space for everyone. Beautiful surroundings and views. Lovely spa. Would recommend asking host to turn spa on earlier as we had to wait until the next morning for the spa to be heated fully. Host was responsive and prompt. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
