What a wonderful stay. Located right along the water with a huge fenced in backyard. The house has everything you need for a great visit. It was quiet, clean, and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

My friends & I had a marvellous stay. The place was perfect, great views & peaceful surroundings. It was lovely being on the deck, watching the birds & looking out onto Lake Rotoiti. We were there for mountains biking & paddleboarding on the lake. It is 20mins to the mtbike tracks. The instructions & local recommendations were great. If you want a peaceful stay in a fantastic location then this is the place to be. Many thanks to the owner :-)

What a beautiful place to stay! It was perfect for what we needed and we loved being able to bring our dogs. Communication was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Milos’ house. The house had everything we needed, good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, warm and cosy place. The location is great too. Milos is very welcoming and helpful host. We would definitely come back next time we are in Rotorua.

Our family had a great week at Rob’s cottage in Rotorua. The location is perfect no matter what your plans are with great lake views. The cottage itself has everything you need and the welcome pack of local produce for staying a week was really appreciated and enjoyed. Rob clearly takes pride in the place, evident through the communications leading up to check in and the personal greeting and walk through of the cottage. We would absolutely stay again. Lauren and Sam This was a very lovely place right next to the lake. Can see the lake from the bed and there is heaps of ducks. Lauren and Sam were kind and responsive while also making sure your experience was private.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!
