We are dog* friendly w/ a private garage. We pride ourselves in allowing our guests to truly explore and love Wausau as much as we do, but also feel safe and secure. Ever wanted to see what goes on in a commercial bakery? Imagine waking to the aroma of baking bread and cinnamon rolls? Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.
