Vacation rentals with a patio in Rota

Nos quedamos en el piso de Macarena para pasar un fin de semana en Puerto Sherry. El piso es muy agradable, luminoso y coqueto. Lo encontramos perfectamente limpio. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo imprescindible. La terraza es perfecta para desayunar, almorzar y cenar con vistas al puerto. Hay que tener en cuenta que está en una primera planta sin ascensor y que para pasar al baño hay que atravesar el dormitorio, lo que puede ser incómodo según quien se esté quedando allí. Por lo demás, el piso está muy bien. Su ubicación es inmejorable ya que está a un minuto del puerto con todo tipo de comodidades, y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa de la muralla. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos andando, pero no hay ruido ninguno en el piso. La comunicación con Macarena fue muy fácil y fluida. Fue flexible en cuanto al horario tanto del checkin como del check out, lo que nos vino muy bien. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a Puerto Sherry. Muchas gracias por todo!

Apartamento céntrico en un edificio de gran belleza. Recomendable para estancias cortas.

Bonito apartamento con preciosa terraza, super limpio. autobuses cercanos para ir al centro. Pilar respondió muy rápido a nuestra llamada, salió a esperarnos cuando llegamos. todo OK.

Alejandra is such a super host! She maintained constant communication with me, and she gave so many helpful suggestions about where to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and she also provided helpful information about how to book tours! I will definitely return in the future!

Wij hebben echt een prima verblijf gehad. Goede locatie tegen het centrum van de stad aan en alles op een loopafstand. Snelle reactie telkens van de host. Alleen de informatievoorziening voor het parkeren van een auto mag beter. Parkeren is n.l. een ding in de omgeving. Direct in de straat kan maar is erg duur en in een parkeergarage kan ook, is deze alleen voordelig wanneer men via een site (even zoeken voor het Engels gedeelte) reserveert, anders ook daar schreeuwend duur. Locatie blijft verder wel een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van Jerez.

Really nice apartment close to the beach. We were there in May and it was not very busy. We came with the car and there's lots to see and do in the area. The big beach is in walking distance (~10-15 minutes) to this Airbnb. Although the real gems, which are more secluded and natural beaches with little bays and less tourists, are a twenty minute drive further down to the west, close to a costal town called Roche. Cadiz is a 40 minute drive away to the east and worth a visit. There are beach bars, tapas restaurants and ice cream palors near the beach, too. The apartment has a nice balcony with a view into a complex compound garden with palm trees which is nice for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is small but has everything needed to cook and even a washing machine. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly, flexible and communication was easy and quick. We would definitely come again. :)

Carlos y las demás personas involucradas fueron muy amables y atentos. Surgieron inconvenientes y problemas inesperados ajenos tanto a Carlos como a nosotros y se resolvieron de mutuo acuerdo sin ningún problema. El piso, es grande, renovado y cómodo, está muy céntrico, con bares, restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El único inconveniente, es que al estar en el caso antiguo, las calles son estrechas, algunas peatonales y no hay sitio cómodo donde aparcar el coche, sobre todo para cargar y descargar equipaje. El parking público más cercano en la plaza Isaac Peral, es horríblemente estrecho. Por suerte se puede aparcar "gratis", si no fuera por los "gorrillas" todo el día pidiendo, a unos 8-10 minutos andando. Pero lo dicho, alojamiento y anfitrión/nes de 10. ¡Muchas gracias!

Estancia estupenda. La casa estaba genial y lo pasamos muy bien, esperamos volver pronto. Destacar que las camas eran muy cómodas. Lo recomendamos. Muchas gracias!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Atentos y amables, recomiendo muchísimo el alojamiento. La terraza interior impagable y la ubicación en Puerto Real es fenomenal.

très bel appartement tout était parfait.francisco nous a très bien accueilli avec le sourire. La qualité des équipements notamment la literie supérieure avec des coussins en plus. tout était d une propreté irréprochable. Le plus du logement la plage à côté et tous les commerces le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus. nous reviendrons et encore merci pour l accueil.

Avant et pendant le séjour, Maria a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions concernant le logement comme les activités avoisinantes. Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche des moyens de transport, proche des commerces et proche d'une très belle plage. Question aménagement, l'appartement privé est entièrement équipé, dans la cuisine comme dans la salle de bains, le tout très propre A donner une note d'appréciation générale, je mettrais un 200 %. A recommander fortement

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Apartamento grande, buena ubicación y buena comunicación con el propietario

Giulia es una anfitriona de 10. Estoy sorprendida de su calidad como anfitriona ya que ha superado a todos los anteriores, y eso que algunos fueron muy buenos. Es muy amable y atenta respondiendo e informando de cada detalle y facilitando todo lo posible la comunicación. Esto permite que el huésped se sienta en confianza y seguro en su llegada. Su vivienda es preciosa y cuenta con unas vistas privilegiadas en un rincón especial de Arcos de la Frontera. Cuando llegamos todo está muy limpio y ordenado, y nos sorprendió con detalles como una cajita de variedades de infusiones o un rincón de café muy bonito preparado, lo que hace que todavía te sientas más acogido en la vivienda y con buenas sensaciones. La cama es muy cómoda y grande y la ropa de cama estaba impecable así como las toallas. Una experiencia maravillosa porque Giulia ha hecho que así sea. Marca la diferencia con respecto a otros anfitriones. Volveremos seguro. Una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias, Giulia :)

Jose es un buen anfitrión, antes de llegar ya nos estaba ayudando con los sitios que visitar y donde comer. Nos recomendó restaurantes muy buenos . La casa está muy bien equipada, limpia y tranquila , con una ubicación muy buena y a 200 metros de la playa

El alojamiento coincide con la descripción. Está en una zona tranquila y a la vez muy cerca de Restaurantes y zona de ocio. Hemos estado muy agusto. Mucha tranquilidad y sin ruidos.
