Excellent Stay Near Perimeter Circle – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at Jerod’s Airbnb near Perimeter Circle! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed during my trip. Jerod was a fantastic host he was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. He made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt right at home. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay even more comfortable. We loved that Ron’s place was located within a plaza full of amenities. Being able to walk downstairs for dinner after a full day outside and coffee first thing in the morning was the best!

Reggie’s place was the perfect accommodations for our group of 6 adults. We were in town for a few Braves baseball games and the location was perfect! We were able to walk over to the stadium easily and having ample space to park our vehicles was great. Reggie was kind, friendly, communicative and very flexible with us which we really appreciated. I would stay at Reggie’s place again if I return to Atlanta!

D&C’s place was a game changer for our fam of five visiting family in the Norcross/ATL area. Their home was supper clean, thoughtfully curated, and equipped with everything we needed — not to mention, at a fantastic location!

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

This stay was outstanding. The home was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. What truly stood out, though, was our host, Rodney. He is a great host, responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. He answered all of our messages promptly and went above and beyond during our stay. When there was a brief network outage in the area, Rodney personally came by to check on us and explain the situation. That level of attentiveness was very much appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

this may be the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. plenty of room for my whole family and infant grandson. the downstairs basement gave the new parents privacy and allowed the baby to be fussy if he needed to be without distrubing others. the location was quiet in a nice neighborhood but close to our activies in marietta, GA 30 min to the aquarium close to restaurants and grocery stores. we didn't get to try the hot tub but it was there. the kitchen was very nice and well appointed the master shower was over the top. I felt like I need an instruction manual to figure out how the water came from so many locations would definitely stay again particularly if you have 3-4 couples all wanting to stay in same place

Brandon and Tiffany’s space was deserving of 5 stars. It was spotless and perfect for our needs. We had the best communication with them. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and gave great recommendations for food. The house was stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks and was very clean and homey. The pool table, shuffleboard and all the games were great. Our entire group hopes to come back and stay here again!

Company is proactive and communicates from beginning to end. Didn’t have to ask any questions because they gave me all the information I needed. Home was immaculate and was far better than pictures and words on app. Great location and I will seek out this company and their properties again because this is how a rental experience should be. Great job and home!!!

Naila's home is exactly as described online and is very clean. The check-in and out processes were super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail as well as the Eastside Beltline. It's also not too far from downtown, if you're headed to a concert or sporting event. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

I hesitate to say too much or otherwise this place will always be booked! We had a wonderful member of the hosting team greet us and even bring us up to the condo with every instruction we needed. Place is lovely, so well decorated, cared for & has views of the pool. We had incredible responsiveness from the host the whole time. Loved the kitchen, the laundry, my son said he has never slept that well in his life. We cooked a lot, enjoyed the incredible pool & common spaces... the gym is beyond incredible. The mall/Costco is a 3 min drive. My note would be this is not a party place, the pool is in the center of a lot of residents & they need to sleep and go to work. But absolutely enjoy yourself and get a great tan. Our hall was incredibly quiet. My husband said the host's service was the best part, got us in quickly, answered questions...was "on it".

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Shante’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
