The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly nice, with great views to the square and market below. The location was perfect, close to everything and 5 mins from Chiavari station, making day trips along the coast very easy. Daniela was quick to respond to our questions and provided great recommendations, which helped make our stay more enjoyable.

It was what we were looking for, a place out of the hustle and bustle but strategic with outdoor spaces overlooking a green and quiet setting and this is it, even if there are wooden stairs, which connect the two floors, not really for everyone. The presence of soaps available as well as linen and hair dryer in the bathroom is pleasant, but the shower with curtain is a little less so, not really what one would like to find, but if you adapt there are other things that are worth it. Owners are available, sociable, and active.

Filippo is a very kind and welcoming person! We had a good time in this apartment, which makes it easy to reach the sea by bike along the river in about 20 minutes. Thank you!

Garden directly connected to the house, host present but not intrusive, too bad we could only stay 2 days, we would not have left, extremely relaxing, quiet, the house is very well exposed, equipped with every comfort. For our 2 dogs, it's a paradise, protected and relaxed in a safe environment. Thanks Pierluigi, especially for the foresight of having fresh drinks for us on arrival, much appreciated, some hosts should take an example from him, sometimes it takes little to make guests happy! Highly recommended!
