Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. The apartment is located in Moitzfeld, which is a district of Bergisch Gladbach, and is located east of Cologne on the A4 or tram line 1 (KVB), by car you can reach the city center of Cologne (16 km to the Cologne Fair) in 20 minutes. The apartment has 86 square meters and 4 rooms, two bedrooms a cloakroom with plenty of storage space and a large living room. In addition, a furnished kitchen is available and a bathroom + guest toilet and balcony.

With friends

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
