"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.
