Vacation rentals with a patio in Rösrath

There were two of us in this fantastic penthouse for three days and we were totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was super clean, quiet and ideal for relaxing. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in the apartment. Terrace overlooking the fields and forests, sun loungers, neat chairs + table, so we could really use the terrace extensively. I also liked the amenities in the kitchen. Anyone who also wants to cook a little will be fine here: sharp knives, several pots and pans, even a hand blender, various options for coffee preparation, freezer compartments on the fridge. There's nothing missing. We definitely recommend the place!

You feel yourself at home. 100% Clean. I stayed 2 days without any Problem. It was big enough top stay 4 people. Has a parking place. Definitely I will choose it again.

I spent a month here and felt extremely comfortable. The beautiful apartment with wooden floor and a 4-meter-high pointed roof is simple, but offers all the essentials. It is located in a small hamlet surrounded by meadows, forest and deep stream valleys - perfect for working and taking a break outside, especially if you have your dog with you like I do. Highly recommended. And Ulla is super nice, accommodating and relaxed, as well as the whole family.

This stay was excellent from beginning to end - the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extraordinarily charming and cosy with wonderful lights and an excellent balcony that looked out over gardens and trees with lots of birds. The flat is impeccably decorated from the smallest amenities, such as good soap and towels to beautiful lights on the patio as well as very easy linens and towels, and interesting books. An extra bonus was having a computer there that we could use that was available for surfing or Netflix. Perhaps the most wonderful thing was the excellent recommendations our host made for restaurants and bars that were very special and off the beaten path, and we felt honoured to be part of the unique locals that were hanging out at these lovely Places. The host also went above and beyond to try to help with various computer issues (adaptors) for our own needs. I can’t rave enough about this place. I would come back to Cologne just to stay there and enjoy the balcony.

A super great mega-large apartment! There are no wishes left unfulfilled (especially as already very often described many, many goodies available in the apartment...) The bathroom alone is the absolute best!!! Very clean, everything like new and really very nice hosts. It's not for nothing that this place is one of the very best! Would come back anytime 🤗

Family stay for 6 to go to Phantasialand. Impeccable, clean, spacious, well-equipped accommodation. Very convenient parking space, super clear explanations (with video!). Perfect communication, we would highly recommend this apartment.

So lovely and Warm welcome. Even after we had to adjust our arrival time a few times. And the presents, So incredibly tasty and thoughtful.

I was fully satisfied with the accommodation and there is a nice and very quiet environment. You can also walk/hike there very well. And the communication with the host was easy and great. I'd love to come back.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend in the house with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

The best house! Lots of space, very clean everywhere, the house has everything you need, an open terrace in the backyard with tables. 15 minutes walk to airport and train to the center. Very cool house, exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very nice and spacious location. Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house, cozy but everything present, fenced terrace, ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to take, really recommended

Small but nice! Very clean and inviting studio. Everything was clean and the location is awesome, right at the Cologne Neumarkt. The neighborhood can be noisy during the day, but you can sleep peacefully at night. 💤 Selo was very friendly and flexible. Will come again any time! 🫶

Super nice place to stay! Easy check in and check out. We were received in a great way and had the tram right on the main street.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is spacious, very clean and well equipped, and in a peaceful setting. It comes with a big parking space in front, and is in a convenient location, with a shopping mall nearby. At this time of year, with good weather, we were able to sit at the patio to enjoy the garden. Marco and Heike were, as usual, very responsive, helpful, respectful and welcoming. We have recommended this place to friends who are currently staying there. We look forward to staying there again.

We stayed with the family (2 adults and 2 children) one night at Tim's to visit Cologne. The stay was very pleasant. The place was very clean, the bed and sofa were pretty comfortable and we slept very well. Tim gave us clear instructions to check in and responded quickly to messages. We had the pleasure of staying in Bilge's apartment for an extended period of time, and it was fantastic! The stylish and modern decor with high-quality amenities ensured a real feel-good experience. Bilge was always super nice, helpful and quick to answer our questions. We felt completely comfortable and were so excited that we extended our stay directly. Another highlight: There is always free parking right outside the door – a great advantage, especially in this central location.

It was awesome staying there.. Will definitely recomend to others about the accommodation..
